What is coaching?
Coaching focuses on the here and now and your present life. A client and coach work together to improve performance and reach specific client-centered goals. A coach can help you increase performance at work or home or work through transitional phases in life. They can assist clients in improving all areas of life including relationships, careers, finances, fitness and everyday living.
Coaching vs Therapy?
Coaching is not therapy! They are worlds apart. Coaches work with individuals who are functional but want to optimize their performance (goal oriented). Coaching is not used to address deep or unresolved past issues. Therapy tends to be long term while coaching is based on the premise of providing tools for clients so they can continue making changes on their own, without a coach. A life coach is similar to a football coach, while a therapist is comparable to a team doctor.

Do we have to cover all the suggested topics?
No. The topics are derived from the client’s specific goals. If there are topics you do not feel you would like to address, no problem! It is your program and you are in charge!
How much does it cost?
This custom, 1-on-1 program is reasonably priced! And yes, we do offer payment plans if you would like to break it up over the 6-month period. We can discuss it on our call.
Is what we talk about confidential?
Absolutely yes! We never share details of our conversations with anyone, EVER! Nor do we share who our clients are... Unless, of course, you drop an amazing testimonial and give us written permission
to share it.
